Jayne joined HSI in 2003 after spending 8 years in an agency, and prior to that held a role as a Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager for Kemper Insurance in Orlando, overseeing all lines of commercial insurance, including workers compensation, commercial auto, general liability, umbrella, property and marine. Minshall also holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from Ohio State University.
